To help you decide what you will need to bring we have listed what you will find in the cottages. We hope this helps with your planning. I have also included the Cottage manual below. Hopefully you can read through before coming here and will be ready to relax straight away. 😊

The cottages have oil fired central heating via radiators. The boilers also heat the hot water on demand, the showers are electric showers over the bath. Kitchen’s equipped with:
Electric hob and oven, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer compartment (The Barn has a separate freezer), microwave, kettle, toaster, DAB radio with bluetooth. Ironing board and iron.
Lounge equipped with:
Large Smart HD TV and DVD player, TV connected to the internet and also connected to our internal film server. Wi-Fi inside and outside of the property. Log burner (first basket of logs included). A double socket for USB charging. A selection of board games for all ages.
Bedroom equipped with:
Bed linen and towels are included. For guests staying longer than 7 days a change of linen is available on request. There is a hair dryer in each cottage in the dressing table. Each bedroom has a double USB charging socket by the bed.
There is plenty of, off road , private parking.
Each cottage has it’s own garden and separate outside eating areas with table and chairs. There are BBQ’s and garden games.
There is a bike shed for secure storage if you are bringing your own bikes, golf clubs or fishing equipment.
We have a picnic rug and coolbox together with picnic plates etc
Beach towels are NOT included.
There will be tea, coffee and milk in the kitchen for when you arrive, and the girls will have some eggs ready for you.
We HAVE to recyle in this area, if we don’t the bin men will refuse to take any of the rubbish.
You are able to recycle glass, plastics, paper/cardboard, tin cans and food. Glass, plastic and tins need to be rinsed.
These all need to be in the correct containers where possible. Once again they will refuse to take normal waste if there are recycleable items in it.
PLEASE don’t make us have to go through your rubbish. We are always here if you have any questions.

Please note, especially if you are a returning guest. At the moment we do NOT leave the extra kitchen items which we did leave e.g. Tin foil, clingfilm, oils, herbs etc
We are not
to leave open containers or part open products.
