Why Choose a Moorparks Holiday break?Gorgeous English scenery. Rustic countryside living. Peace and tranquility. These are only a few reasons to make Moorparks your next holiday destination. Whether it’s our cosy cottages, our lovely animals, or the beautiful scenery, you’ll find something for everyone at our relaxing Devon Farmstay.
COVID Safe & Secure HolidaysAt Moorparks, we’re dedicated to providing a safe environment for our guests.
Both our cottage and barn lodgings are COVID-19 secure, and allow for ample privacy away from other guests and from us.
Each farm stay home also includes its own private garden area, so whatever the weather is like, you and your loved ones can stay safe and have fun.
Likewise, our facilities are isolated, self-sufficient lodgings that allow for great getaways for those who wish to avoid close contact with others during their stay. Extra measures can also be made upon request to accommodate those who require additional support.
Farmyard FunAll of the animals in our Moorparks flock are either pets or rare breeds.
We treat our animals as one of our family, and we encourage visitors to get involved as much as they would like during their stay.
Children love coming to the chicken coop to collect their eggs. Why not wander over to the sheep pens to help feed and cuddle our furry friends?
There is so much to learn about the animals at our Devon farm . Children (and adults!) will have plenty to do if they want to stay on-site, and we are always happy to show people around our smallholding. Lambing time for the Greyface Dartmoor sheep is February/March and the Swiss Valais could be anytime through the year. Check our Facebook page for the latest updates. A stay during lambing time is amazing, pictures of the adorable lambs are a must-have for any scrapbook.
